Dear Mr. Trask: I'm writing this to let you know what a great job Joannie McLeese did in helping me find my new home. I called her because I work with her husband. I told her the price range and area I was interested in. Two days later she faxed me 4 possibilities that were all in the price range I could afford. In the past I would get them for prices I could never afford. I picked the one that was best for my daughter and I. We viewed the house within two days. I put together a bid and within 3 or 4 days we had a deal. I started my financing with a bank and it was bogged down. She recommended Downeast Mortgage. I applied and in two days I was approved.
